They are able to verbalize their emotions and learning how to control or taking the next step (eg. Problem solving strategies). They are eager to learn about their family of culture, as well as understanding who they are and what is important to them.
How is what you are learning now different from when you began in the fall?
By learning more about themselves culturally and emotionally, they are prouder and more positive. They are also beginning to respect the world around them and an understanding that being different is a good thing.
What are some next steps you are considering?
