Our staff is learning that the Spirals of Inquiry is a messy process.  Our learning is not linear.  It is important to have the space to explore our school focus with our learners without the expectation of "getting it right".  Our hope is to explore our hunches and our learning in tandem with exploring action with in the classroom.    At our last session, our staff was reminded to "Create the space to take risks, make mistakes and try again - and again."
