The Blair staff came together to examine our evidence of our students' learning needs.  In teams, we worked to narrow the question based off of the evidence we gathered.  Through collaborative inquiry we discovered a powerful design for our professional learning resulting in thoughtful action aimed at improving our learners experiences.  Based on the careful examination of our evidence after our school-wide scan we have honned in on this school focus as we move forward.
